Once you’re happy with your quote, we can usually collect your car within 24 to 72 hours. You can choose a convenient time and date for us to collect your car and we’ll give you an hour time slot and call you when the driver is making their way.

We understand that you may be busy at work or enjoying life, so its absolutely fine if you want to leave the car key and V5C with a friend, family member or neighbour to hand over for you.

Yes we can still collect your car without a V5/C logbook and do all the paperwork for you to make sure the DVLA is aware of the ownership change.
